We are called to walk alongside one another in times of need. Counseling is one way to do that. We seek God to guide us in supporting others who journey toward well-being. As pastoral counselors, we choose to remain open to all available healing resources, especially those connected to personal spirituality.
We are a mental wellness practice that offers counseling, consultation and training services that integrate theology and psychology into sound approaches for empowerment, well being, and growth. Our network of professionals are licensed and dually trained clinicians with graduate degrees in both theology and psychology.
Pastoral counseling is a therapeutic intervention led by an ordained clergyperson skilled at integrating modern psychology with spiritual awareness. Pastoral counseling assists counselees with complex issues such as grief, depression, conflict resolution, family issues, communication skills, trauma and abuse recovery, anxiety, personal growth and development.

Clergy Care FAQ
A safe space to focus on you. Individual counseling is a safe space to look at life’s challenges from all angles and find a healthy path forward. Maybe you are facing relationship challenges. Clergy couples counseling can help you build on the skills you already have and provide some new skills to help you navigate relationship challenges.
Congregational Care and Counseling Services
On-site Counseling Center
We partner with churches and organizations to provide on-site counseling centers that offer psychologically sound therapy, which weaves in religious and spiritual dimensions, and serves as an advocate for the holistic health of members in that community. We are committed to being a spiritual presence and resource for individuals, couples, staff and families addressing the difficulties of life. Our centers are staffed by ordained and licensed clergy persons who are trained in pastoral counseling and theological support as well as professional counseling. An on-site counseling center relieves some pastoral care and counseling responsibilities from church staff, especially those requiring more in-depth assessment, intervention, treatment or long-term care.
Having an on-site counseling center can offer support and effective therapy for a wide range of challenges, such as:
- Mental Health Crisis
- Marital and Family Conflict
- Child and Adolescent Counseling
- Depression / Suicidal Ideation
- Anxiety and Stress
- Trauma and Abuse
- Loss and Grief
- Questions of Faith, Spirituality, and Values
- Personal Growth and Transition
- Clergy-care / Work-Life-Ministry Balance
- Legal Mandated Reporting (Abuse and Neglect)

On-Call Counselor FAQ
We found that some churches and organizations benefit from having access to a therapist whenever an unexpected situation occurs. Having an on-call counselor can help. On-Call counselors are accessible for mental health consults and referrals.
We offer two options for churches and organizations that want immediate access to our counselors.
- Set re-occurring monthly fee for a contracted number of counselor consultation calls and referrals (there are plan options).
- Length of counselor consultation calls subject to user agreement
- Set per-call fee for counselor consultation calls and referrals

On-Call Counseling Consultation
We found that churches and organizations benefit from having access to a therapist whenever an unexpected situation occurs. Having an on-call counselor can help address those situations. On-call counselors can consult with your staff regarding mental health distress (i.e., depression, bizarre behavior), referrals for psychiatric intervention or treatment, questions related to mandated reporting (abuse or neglect), or referral for members to individual, couple/marriage, grief/loss, or family counseling.
Your staff can choose our monthly plan to secure access to our counselors for a contracted number of consults per month. You can also choose a set fee per-call plan to access our counselors for consultation. Some call length restrictions exist. Calls are telephone access only (no video or in-person).
