Brain Dump: Journal for Busy Women

If you have selected this journal, chances are some part of your life feels stressed. I am thankful that you have chosen to do something about it. This journal was created with you in mind. This journal offers a concentrated space to release whatever is cluttering your thoughts, reflect on the impact of those things and develop action plans to make real change. Several lived-experiences that contribute to why women say they “feel stressed.” This journal highlights several of these experiences with processing pages to reflect on the impact of these areas.

RELEASE
Use “What’s on your mind?” pages to “brain dump.” These pages have less structure and offer a place to capture your thoughts. They are intended to provide uninterrupted space to download any thoughts that are floating around in your consciousness.

REFLECT
There are spaces dedicated to ‘productive reflection’. Here you will find pages dedicated to developing action items, noting things you have learned and gratitude pages to capture your reflections.

PLAN
There are eleven topical reflection pages (i.e., family, relationships, work etc.) with prompts to guide reflections in these areas. In additional to “needs” and “goals” questions, each topic section has a reflection quote for meditation and a list of useful self-care tips.
