Use “What’s on your mind?” pages to “brain dump.” These pages have less structure and offer a place to capture your thoughts. They are intended to provide uninterrupted space to download any thoughts that are floating around in your consciousness.
There are spaces dedicated to 'productive reflection'. Here you will find pages dedicated to developing action items, noting things you have learned and gratitude pages to capture your reflections.
There are eleven topical reflection pages (i.e., family, relationships, work etc.) with prompts to guide reflections in these areas. In additional to “needs” and “goals” questions, each topic section has a reflection quote for meditation and a list of useful self-care tips.
